Seemed to have happened out of nowhere, just started getting errors. Came across this old post, but it seems to have done the trick.
1. Locate your Plug-ins directory (For me, this refers to the /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/ directory.).
2. Delete the System.bundle and Framework.bundle directories.
3. Restart the media server.
